People Analytics Masterclass at Middlesex University

In September, People Analytics Connect partnered with Middlesex University to offer a one-of-a-kind learning experience: a 10-day masterclass in people analytics. Three members of our network took part in teaching this certificate program, which was designed for both Middlesex alumni and current students to gain comprehensive knowledge in people analytics—from data to insights.

Throughout the program, we covered essential foundations, including how to collect and interpret data, effective storytelling techniques, and building impactful dashboards to help leaders adopt people analytics. A dedicated session on AI, led by David, delved into how artificial intelligence can be leveraged for HR. The program concluded with an interactive panel discussion focused on the future of people analytics, where we explored how companies can adopt these practices to drive better decision-making, improve business outcomes, and foster closer collaboration between HR and the business.
