FlyDubai’s Approach to People Analytics

We hosted a one-of-a-kind event at FlyDubai, where their HR team, led by Elizabeth Soares, the HR Manager, provided an in-depth presentation on how people analytics is integrated into their business operations. Elizabeth and her team showcased the tools they use, how they deliver valuable HR data to leaders, and most importantly, how they connect HR data to business outcomes. This session offered attendees a real-life example of how a company effectively applies people analytics to drive decision-making and improve business performance.

The event also featured insights from the People Analytics Leader at Beiersdorf, who shared their strategy for establishing a more defined role for people analytics. She walked us through her experiences, key takeaways, and the lessons learned from her journey of embedding people analytics into their organization.
