I am a business oriented and passionate HR Business Partner and Total Rewards professional. In the past 14 years I have managed HR practices across 3 continents and 14 countries. My progressive global experience covers strategic and operational HR management. I have strong business acumen and believe in data driven decision making that delivers results and drives strategy at the executive leadership level.
In my current role I have held dual responsibility of heading total rewards and as HR Business Partner for the largest business unit in the company. I have complete ownership of reward strategy and delivery for Digital 14’s employees in UAE, Canada & Finland. I play a key role in helping the CEO, CFO and the leadership team make informed decisions by analyzing and reporting on internal and external compensation metrics and benchmarks that have a financial impact on the organization and employees.
In my previous role I was Director for Compensation & Benefits (C&B) across 8 countries in EMEA developing compensation programs at a global, regional and local level, guiding business leaders on resolutions related to fixed and variable pay, performance management, promotions, talent acquisition and employee engagement.
