I have an Executive MBA from IESE Business School and more than 18 years of professional experience in data, product, and people management across various industries and functions.My passion is to work for customer-centric organizations and empower employees to perform their best and reach their full potential. I have proven skills in HR transformation, learning and talent development, diversity, equity and inclusion, and breaking the bias. I have also successfully led and executed insights and analytics projects in the telecom sector, leveraging my analytical skills and attention to detail.
