Rania is a commercial Human Resources Executive with over 2 decades of international expertise within Emerging Markets and Europe, predominantly in the Healthcare, Life Sciences and FMCG sectors. Her skill set encompasses a wide range of HR domains, from organizational design and development, HR Transformation, Talent Management and Total Rewards.
As part of the Executive Team in her roles in both publicly listed and private equity-backed organizations, Rania has played a key role in driving the organizational transformation agenda be it in restructuring organizations due to operating model redesign, post-merger integration, or preparing the organization from a people perspective for a successful exit. As a management consultant with major consulting firms, Rania has led engagements in Organizational Design, Change Management, HR and Culture Transformation, Total Rewards, and Performance Management re-design for both public and private sector clients in KSA and UAE. Rania is a speaker and panelist on topics covering DEI, Culture and Future of Work and is currently an Independent Consultant supporting both public sector and private clients within the Middle East particularly in KSA and UAE.
