My skills are what we call T-shaped - a combination of generalist HR skills, big picture and systems thinking (both gained by working operationally across all HR functions), and expertise in product management, HR technology and process improvement (because I spent years doing it and it's my superpower).What do I exactly do?Transform HR departments into product-led digital powerhouse.

This means I lead transformative projects in HR by applying product management principles and delivering solutions that employees actually love and companies see as business value drivers. Usually those projects include some form of HR Technology, but they don't have to - as long as it's a project aimed at breaking HR silos and improving employee experience, I'm there.
