About

With over 20 years of HR and recruitment experience, I am a CIPD qualified strategic HR leader who is passionate about inclusion, enhancing employee experience and organizational performance. Currently, I manage the HR function in Dubai for STS Aviation Services, a global provider of engineering and maintenance services (MRO) for the aviation industry. I am responsible for implementing and delivering HR initiatives that align with the organization's vision and values, such as HR strategy, performance management, employee engagement, employee relations, compensation and benefits, and compliance. I lead a team of three HR professionals and collaborate with senior management and stakeholders across multiple locations. I am also a member of the senior leadership team.
